Munich, Germany. One of those places where you can go on United for fewer frequent flyer miles

United Airlines just announced a frequent flyer special. You can travel to Europe of the Middle East for 20% fewer miles. But you have to book your ticket by Halloween for travel between January 10, 1010 and March 15, 2010.

That’s the traditionally slowest time to travel to Europe. If you chose to pay full fare, you will find a lot of deals out there as well.

With this deal, you can fly from California to Europe for only 44,000 miles. Usually, it costs at least 55,000.

For a limited time, redeem fewer miles to book qualifying roundtrip travel between the United States or Canada and Europe or the Middle East on any United®-marketed and operated flight.

Fine Print:

? Valid for travel between North America (defined for this promotion as the 48 contiguous United States and Canada) and Europe or the Middle East, only on United®- and United Express®-operated flights and not on flights operated by other airlines. Roundtrip travel is required. Offer valid for travel to/from Amsterdam (AMS), Brussels (BRU), Frankfurt (FRA), Geneva (GVA), London (LHR), Moscow (DME), Munich (MUC), Paris (CDG), Rome (FCO), Zurich (ZRH), Kuwait (KWI) and the United Arab Emirates (DXB).
? Reduced award prices apply only to travel on United- and United Express-operated flights and not on flights operated by other airlines. Roundtrip travel is required and stopovers and open-jaws are not permitted.
? If award is used for one-way travel, no residual credit will be issued for unused segments.
