John Poltrack is a New Englander. He was born and raised in Connecticut. He ended up joining the Navy during the Vietnam War. He met his wife in British Columbia, settled in Southern New Hampshire, and worked for Digital Equipment Corp., which became Compaq, which became Hewlett Packard. John makes his home in the delightful town of New Ipswich in the beautiful Monadnock region of Southern New Hampshire. He and his wife raised their children there. John works from home and would like to share some of his experiences of this unique and special place with his readers. Contact him at John@poltrack.net.
