Extraterrestrial UFO Welcome to EarthCharitable causes in Denver will soon get a little help from their ‘extraterrestrial’ UFO friends. Supporters of the ballot initiative to create an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission have started the Welcome to Earth project. They will collect signatures at concerts and other events but will donate funds to community causes instead of paying petitioners.

The event locations will be especially where musicians or venue owners are supportive of the petitioning effort and charitable projects. The EXTRA Campaign will donate $1.00 per signature to a designated charitable cause for each signature collected from registered Denver voters.

The project is also meant to bring attention to the charitable causes themselves and to the staggering amount of taxpayer money that is unaccounted for in federal expenses. Massive fraud and waste exist in many U.S. government departments and agencies even while local charitable projects struggle for survival.

James Madison, America’s fourth president, wrote that, “The People are the only legitimate fountain of power…”. Nowhere is that power more visible and inspiring than when ‘the People’ come together in public festivals and concerts.  EXTRA Campaign supporters view the atmosphere of celebration and respect for cultural diversity as key to living in harmony with extraterrestrial civilizations.

Governments throughout the world have known that people from other planets have been visiting Earth for decades. The ballot initiative supporters believe an official public ‘welcome’ to these extraterrestrial visitors is long overdue. This welcome becomes all the more important in light of beneficial technologies that these civilizations can share with humans on Earth. Citizen activists intend to offer such a welcome even if elected public servants lack the political willpower to even acknowledge the existance of intelligent life outside Earth.

The Welcome to Earth theme is not just a friendly gesture towards extraterrestrial civilizations. It is also a reminder that humans are guests of Earth and need to respect their host planet with better stewardship. The Welcome to Earth project will highlight the creativity, compassion, and philanthropy of humanity through the collaboration of musicians, artists, charitable causes, and ballot initiative petitioners.
