The Avondale Arts Alliance (www.avondalearts.org) is comprised of a group of residents, organizations, and businesses who have a shared interest in enhancing the quality of life for the Avondale Estates (http://avondaleestates.org/) community through the arts.

The AutumnFest (http://www.avondaleautumnfest.org/about.html) is just one of the ways in which The Avondale Arts Alliance is going about the business of creating and promoting a variety of artistic and cultural experiences for the enjoyment of others.

AutumnFest 09 is a free event for the entire family to enjoy – rain or shine. It will take place Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 25, 2009 from noon until 5:00 p.m. on North Avondale Plaza, Avondale Estates, GA 30002.

More than sixty artists will be on hand selling jewelry, leather, bath products, paintings, folk art, soaps, sculpture, pottery, and many more unique hand-crafted items.

Come out early, catch the costume parade, listen to some music, eat a little food, and just enjoy the day.
