As marketing communications manager at Exxon Solar Thermal Systems, Mr. Goldberg wrote numerous articles on solar energy system applications for residences, commercial buildings and transportation complexes. He was published extensively in the trade press, and was responsible for several highly successful direct mail marketing programs, resulting in thousands of new business leads per year. Later he established a solar energy systems seminar company and as Executive Director developed a contractor instruction manual for Residential Solar Energy Systems and was primary lecturer. In 1984 he established Sigma Advertising Associates. Working primarily for CEOs of professional engineering and construction management firms, he developed and implemented integrated marketing and marketing communications programs targeting design and construction of new and renovations of commercial buildings, transportation complexes, and complex heavy construction including highways, railroads and bridges.
