Every day at Ceiba is something to look forward to in terms of happy hour. Every day features a different $5 drink in addition to the Dark and Stormy, which is $5 daily.  Since Ceiba is also a pleasant mixture of Latin and Caribbean influences, each day the drink represents a different place.

Mondays (Cuba) Mojitos: Cruzan Silver, fresh muddled lime & mint, guarapo, with a splash of soda

Tuesday-  ( Brazil) Caipirinhas: Pitu Cachaca, muddled fresh lime & sugar

Wednesday-  (Peru)  Pisco Sours :Macchu Pisco, house- made sour, powdered egg white & a dash of Angostua bitters

Thursday- (Spain) Sangrias

Friday-  (Mexico) House Margaritas:  Cuervo Gold, Citronge & our house-made sour

(Caribbean) Dark and Stormy: Goslings Black Seal Rum, Goslings Ginger Beer & lime ($5 daily)

You get all of this and the bar food is half priced.
