Slowly but surely we're getting where we need to go.  Women in the workforce is an ongoing issue for all women, men, and working people.   The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act  and the Paycheck Fairness Act could be on the Senate's "to do list" as early as next week.  

Thanks to the economic security package being tied up in negotiations, President-Elect Obama, may be able to sign Fair Pay into law.  I guess everything does have a silver lining if you look hard enough.
