Sean Penn's son arrested, not charged

Sean Penn's 16-year-old son Hopper Jack was arrested last week at his Malibu high school, but he will not face charges. Hopper was picked up for possession but an investigation proved that all the drugs on him were prescribed. Wonder where on earth anyone would get the idea that a Penn offspring would be into drugs?
No word on what the medications were. Robin Wright-Penn recently was quoted saying she moved her family out of Hollywood because she was concerned that they would end up high-profile like the Brangelina kids. Only problem: Malibu ain't exactly a horse farm in Montana.
Wright turned her nose up at the cult of celebrity, stating, "I didn't want to raise my kids in this weird, sycophantic society."
