“Move Here, Move There, Sit!”: Meet and greet the Director of FGO’s production of Cinderella (La Cenerentola).  Join Scott Parry and members of the cast for a lively discussion of the Rossini masterpiece.  Event will also include musical selections from the opera.

“Lights, Camera, Action!”  A lively discussion about the story of Cinderella as seen in films, television, music theater and opera accompanied by film clip examples.  Bring the popcorn for a fun night in a darkened room!!

Family Day at the Opera
Families of all ages and sizes are encouraged to come and participate in a day of opera interactivity.  Costume, prop and make up demonstrations from Florida Grand Opera’s production department will show you how we get the show on the stage.  Other events of the day include a musical petting zoo, musical performances from many kinds of ‘Cinderella’, and a peek into the Ziff Opera House.
