So here's the story: U.S. Said to Order Deep Pay Cuts at Bailed-Out Companies

As the article explains, major corporations that received bailout money will be ordered to cut executive pay.  Now, the moment anyone objects to this as "socialism," the usual response is, "But this is just for companies that received taxpayer dollars, so of course it's okay to limit CEO pay...for the taxpayers!"

Yeah, but for how long will this be just for bailed out companies?

When has government ever limited itself to just this area or that?  When has a program with "ABC" as its mission statement ever not morphed into "XYZ"?  Government is not limited and really cannot be limited, which is why it makes no real sense for anyone who desires freedom to support anything but anarcho-capitalism.

If you realize that this pay czar nonsense is just the beginning of more statist control, and will not be limited to just bailed out corporations, congratulations, you're intelligent.  If not, well, you probably voted for Obama and the Democrats anyway.
