Here's the (current) results of this writer's predictions.

Turnout: Was exactly right. The return from the amount of ballots sent out was 49.99 percent; statistcally indistiguishable to the 45 percent predicted on Tuesday.

Initiative 1033: (correction: incorrectly wrote this as 1038 in the last article. Again, first draft and didn't take time to double check even simple things). Was correct that it would fail, but the state margin was far off. It has a 57.48 percent No-vote state wide. In King County, the prediction turned out to be very generous, with a 68.15 percent voting against.

Referendum 71: Correct in that this was passed, but missed the margins. This one had 52.64 percent yes state-wide, 67.72 percent for the county voting for this measure.

King County Executive:
Dow Constantine won, but it was far from close. He took a 17 percentage point victory over Susan Hutchison.

Seattle Mayor: Not exactly confirmed at this point, but Mike McGinn has held a small lead ever since election night. It turns out the mistakes he made very late in the campaign, nor his prefered choice to tear down the Alaskan Way Viaduct, didn't add to a loss for him.
