
I maintain that celebrities look so much better than the rest of us because they can afford to have pricey fish every night with a side of Japanese eggplant and $8 a pound exotic mushrooms chased by upscale water fortified with nutrients. (Don’t get me started on personal trainers, chefs, shrinks and $300 jars of La Mer skin cream).
Apparently, my theory doesn’t hold (vitamin) water because there are ways we can meet our budgets without compromising on nutrition and even lose a few pounds.
