Find out more about Michael:

Mike Meier is an avid hockey fan who loves to travel and spend lots of time at the rink, no matter where he is. Mike has attended hundreds of professional hockey games in the NHL, AHL, and the ECHL. In the upcoming season Mike will be covering the Trenton Devils of the ECHL, the "AA level" affiliate of the New Jersey Devils. His column will also cover hockey at New Jersey colleges and universities, provide interviews with New Jersey-born players currently and formerly involved with hockey at the professional or collegiate level, and he will also provide informative stories on any other hockey related subjects that occur in the Garden State. Away from the rink Mike has a growing collection of game worn and replica hockey jerseys. He is also one of the founders of Tuxie's Pet Place, an online retailer of pet toys & treats, which he owns with his long-time girlfriend Nicole Martin, the national Pet Products Examiner.
