United Airlines is offering a one-time pass online for just $39 (or purchase it at any Red Carpet Club for just $50). Join within 30 days of purchase and we will apply a $50 discount toward the price of your membership.
US Airways is reportedly going them one better. They've just announced that beginning October 30th, US Airways customers can also purchase a single US Airways Club membership.
But the real lure is that it gives you access to Continental Airlines, United Airlines and other Star Alliance carrier lounges.
Additionally, beginning on Oct. 30, members will be able to enjoy complimentary house selections of beer and wine in all US Airways Clubs.
US Airways currently offers 17 Clubs located in 13 cities across the United States but with the new pass your options are expanded to include the lounges of other carriers.
US Airways offers three membership options to join the Club: annual memberships, 90-day memberships and day passes.But you can purchase a day passes for $40.
