Little spooks take over Olde Towne St. Helens on Halloween

ST. HELENS — After a hiatus of several years, the Little Spooks parade returned to St. Helens, with "little spooks" of all ages showing off their costumes in a parade down S. 1st Street and trick or treating at local merchants' shops in Olde Towne St. Helens.
