July 29, 2009 United States Attorney Michael L. Levy announced the filing of an indictment1
against James Alberts, Eric Mushrush, Charlene Daley, Charles Silvani, Richard Roman, Kevin
Kurowski, Chad Tellman, Nerissa Alberts, Daniel Smith and Joel Rodriguez, charging each of
them with conspiracy to manufacture 1,000 or more marijuana plants, manufacture of, and aiding
and abetting the manufacture of, 1,000 or more marijuana plants, and possession with intent to
distribute, and aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute of, 1,000 or more
marijuana plants arising out of the establishment and operation of a marijuana grow house
operation inside the warehouse located at 2310 N. American Street, in the Northern Liberties
section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition, James Alberts, Eric Mushrush and Charlene
Daley are each charged with unlawfully maintaining a place for the manufacture of a controlled
substance, specifically, marijuana, at the 2310 N. American Street warehouse.
