First Lady Michelle Obama will host young women from the White House Leadership and Mentoring Program for a presentation on the history and protocol surrounding State and Official Visits in honor of the first State Dinner for Prime Minister Singh of India. Mrs. Obama will make remarks and be joined by White House Curator William Allman and Tanya Turner, Protocol Officer for the Visits Division at the U.S. Department of State. 

This will take place after the First Lady joins the President Barack Obama  at arrival ceremony  welcoming Prime Minister Singh of India and Mrs. Kaur to the White House for the first official visit.
