Jennifer Lopez’s ex, Ojani Noa, is working on a documentary titled, “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.”
Lopez has lawyered-up to stop Noa, who was married to the singer/actress between 1997 and 1998, from releasing the documentary.
Her attorneys had sent a letter demanding that J-Lo’s former spouse stop the plans for the flick due to a 2005 settlement agreement where Noa promised not to disclose any info from when the two were married.
Lopez now has added a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court for $10 million in damages.
Noa claims that he is not in breach of the agreement because his film is "100 per cent parody."
Lopez claims that home movie footage from their honeymoon featured in Noa’s movie would be a breach of the settlement whether the film is a satire or not.
In addition to the $10 mill, she is asking the court to ban the flick.
