If you are reading this article then chances are that you have made a decision to seek a healthier lifestyle. No matter how far you have gone down the path toward fitness you are an inspiration because making the decision to change is one of the hardest things we face.
Stagnation is an easier proposition as it allows us to avoid action, it allows us to exert as little effort as possible to avoid adaptation and it allows us to stay in our comfort zone. Chances are that you recognize that this comfort zone won’t lead to a healthy body and mind. Exercise and eating right have numerous benefits from elevating your mood, enhancing libido, improving sleeping patterns and even providing a sense of joy. Why miss out?
This holiday season; take the next step in your fitness journey by incorporating a weekly fitness activity for you and your family. Here are a few suggestions:
·         Take a walk around the neighborhood
·         Try an aerobics class (you’ll be surprised that most gyms are jam packed on holiday mornings)
·         Teach your family and friends a new exercise that they could do in the living room
·         Create a healthy new holiday recipe
·         Take your loved one salsa dancing
·         Try a yoga class
Sharing your interest and knowledge of healthy living is a gift that keeps giving. Who knows you may just start a new family tradition.

Happy Holidays!!
