Julie's Famous Banana Bread Stand

Is In Kahakuloa on the West Side of Maui!

Everyone has heard of Julie's Famous Banana Bread stand on the west side of Maui, but few know exactly how to get there.  Well, here is how to reach this legendary location along a very narrow road on Maui!

Julie's Famous Banana Bread stand is in the small, 200-person Hawaiian town named Kahakuloa.  It is 40 - 50 minutes from the edge of Kapalua on the west side of Maui.

To get there, you will take Hwy. 30 through the Lahaina and Kaanapali communities and continue on Hwy. 30 past the Honokowai, Kahana, Napili and Kapalua resort areas.  The highway will take you past D. T. Fleming Beach Park -  bit.ly/bEg4L - and Honolua Bay -  bit.ly/ZjtRT - both on your left-hand side.

About a half-mile past Mile Marker 38, you'll see the parking area for the well-known Blow Hole on your left-hand side.  Keep going on Hwy. 30 -- you'll soon see the road narrows before too much longer and just before Kahakuloa Bay, you'll see this green sign that you only have three (3) miles to the bright green Tree House (pictured above).

Julie's Best Banana Bread On The Planet offers free samples!

When you experience Julie's Banana Bread Tree House in Kahakuloa, you'll also experience one of the most unusual and interesting drives in Hawaii.  Be careful and take your time!  Be courteous to other drivers when the road narrows to one lane, and make sure you are near a pull-over location when you encounter another car.  The road is very narrow for only a mile!  Enjoy The Drive & Julie's Famous Banana Bread!!
