Pay no attention to the photo blooper
All you customers of The Great Big Magenta have been waiting for this day for months, and it's finally here! The first 3G capable BlackBerry device on T-Mobile is available for purchase today.
For those of you who are unaware, the Bold 9700 was first announced several months ago, and was very early on referred to by some as the "Best BlackBerry ever."
It has all the latest and greatest features of most new RIM devices, including 256MB of on board memory, a hard drive of 1GB with expandable memory up to 16GB, a 3.2 megapixel camera, and the new standard for BlackBerrys, the trackpad. A full examining of the device should come later on this week once mine arrives, which I'm sure you're all very eager to read.
As expected, the device will cost $199.99 with a two year contract. Or you could sign up for one of the Even More Plus plans and pay the full retail price of $449.99 over a span of 20 months. Either way it goes, make sure you grab a hold of the newest Bold while you can, as this is easily one of T-Mobile's most anticipated devices in quite some time.
