Focus on: H1N1 (Swine Flu)
One thing spreading faster than the Swine Flu these days is the fear of getting the Swine Flu. Recently, even the President of the USA helped to spread this fear by encouraging everyone to get vaccinated for this “potentially deadly” virus. Surprisingly, he has not admitted to having vaccinated his own family and insiders say that the President won’t be vaccinating his children. In response to this bubbling hysteria CreateYourHealth.com with the help of four Alternative Health Professionals created a list of things you can do to stay healthy (see below).
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) is claiming to be counting the number of Swine Flu illnesses and even deaths that are caused by the virus. This is difficult to comprehend as most hospitals, encouraged by the CDC, have discontinued testing for the Swine Flu. So, the logical question is how do they know how many people are affected by the Swine Flu (H1N1) virus and where does the statistical data the CDC is using come from? In fact, CBS News did a report on the misinformation of Swine Flu data and discovered that only 20% of the cases previously reported as being swine flu were actually that. It’s shocking to learn that 80% of the illnesses reported weren’t even the flu, let alone the Swine Flu, but they were treated as if they were. This leaves a pretty basic question that is being ignored by most everyone in the larger mainstream media. If hospitals aren’t testing for the Swine Flu then how do they know if a patient who comes in sick actually has the Swine Flu and is it even the flu at all? The vaccine manufacturers have made it very clear that the regular flu vaccine will not help to prevent your catching the swine flu virus and that two vaccines are needed – one for the regular flu strain that mutates every year and one for the Swine Flu (H1N1) strain. They are even pushing medical professionals to get four vaccines – two for the standard flu and two for H1N1. If we continue to vaccinate ourselves aren’t we making ourselves more vulnerable to illness? We know that becoming ill actually builds our immunity to future illnesses and flu strains. Our bodies adapt to the illness and actually become stronger and more resistant to them.
CBS even discovered that a severe respiratory cold is going around that is being misidentified as the flu. So, if you did get the several flu vaccinations that are being recommended they are useless in fighting off this sickness. So, whom do you believe?
Vaccines are all fine and dandy of themselves…it’s all the other stuff in the vaccine that is scary. Mercury is one of the primary “carrier” components of the total vaccine. Why on Earth a drug that is supposed to keep you healthy is full of one of the most toxic compounds to man is baffling. Even in small doses it’s dangerous and two vaccines (H1N1 and the regular vaccine) is too much. Dumping al those toxins into our bodies is a crime. Then, adding that toxic load to the systems of most Americans who are already breathing in and exposed to too many toxins every day simply by living in a city, or worse, on a farm, seems illogical and ignorant; AND, definitely not in favor of good health.
To top it off these new vaccines aren’t tested properly. These drugs have been rushed through the approval process because of people’s fear and the desire by pharmaceutical companies to capitalize on this fear. Even a former director of the National Institute of Health said, “…the only safe vaccine is one that is never used.” A lot of money is being made but the evidence isn’t convincing that people are in better health because of it. The known risks are astounding and people have already been severely incapacitated due to the side effects of these untested vaccines. So far the vaccine manufacturers claim that only one in a million people will be hurt by the vaccine but in a country of many millions that doesn’t seem acceptable. And, the toxic load that is added to your body simply makes you more vulnerable to other illnesses.
As a way to help you make more effective choices for yourself if you do decide to forgo the flu vaccines, or even if you do the vaccines but want to build a strong immune system, the following list of foods and supplements was created by Dr. Shiva Lalezar, Dr. Michael Fox, Dr. Grace Hameister, and Wencke Von Mulhenberg to help you stay strong and healthy.
Dr. Grace recommends seriously looking into the Bob Beck Protocol. This is a revolutionary and simple protocol that combines colloidal silver, ozone (in your water), and low electrical currents. She also recommends IP-6, apple cider vinegar, Kefir (or a natural unflavored no sugar probiotic), and fish oil. Dr. Fox is an acupuncturist and educator and he recommends Yu Ping Fong Song to build up resistance to sickness and Yu Chow Song if you do become sick. He also recommends Star Annis (the Asian fruit) Daikon Radish, Astralagus, Scallions (including the roots), and eating Ginger and/or drinking Ginger tea. As most experts, he also feels that exercise and stress relieving practices like meditation Tai Chi are crucial to a healthy life.
Dr. Shiva Lalezar recommends vitamin therapy especially vitamin D and buffered vitamin C. She encourages her patients to drink lime juice daily in a glass of water. In addition she wants her clients to take CoQ10 (Co Enzyme Q10).
Holistic Nutritionist Wencke Von Mulhenberg recommends making a soup from Umebashi Plumb and Kutzo starch which helps to alkalize the blood (and it’s delicious) as well as Kanji which is a fantastic grain soup. She pointed out that viruses thrive in acidic bodies and that eating any foods that create an alkaline state in the body is very important for fighting off all ilnesses. Sour Kraut is one of those foods that helps to bring in “good bacteria” in the intestines - most any pickled food helps with that. Wencke also encourages us to eat leafy vegetables, vegetable juices, Oregono oil, and fish oils. She also stresses that we eat less meat, less wheat, less dairy, and no processed foods (especially if you are experiencing any sickness).
