There are social benefits gained through participation in  guided kinesthetic/movement sessions.  Children have a wonderful opportunity  to practice:  being a leader and follower; taking turns; sharing ideas, space and time; problem solving; and helping others.  Cooperation skills are important throughout life and help individuals realize that their contribution to a group effort can be a positive experience for all.  A fun kinesthetic/movement activity for fall is Children's Group Activity Fluttering Leaves on Fabric.
