Happy birthday, Taurus! Everyone is hoping you’ll throw yourself a party and invite them. It’s not that the gang doesn’t want to show their appreciation by throwing a party for you, it’s just that the festivities are always so much better all around when you’re the one hosting them. You not only know everybody, you also have all the music, know how to get the food there, and then there’s that magic thing you do to create ambiance. So give it a thought, even if you’re a late-April Taurus and your birthday has already passed. Your friends would still really like to celebrate your presence in the world! 

A good party could also distract you from thoughts of going on the warpath. Someone or something is bugging you in the workplace or other public sphere, and you keep flipping that coin around between your fingers – honey or vinegar, friendly persuasion or a line in the sand, velvet glove or iron fist, or maybe even subterfuge. The sabotage would be a different route for you, as you’re usually quite honest and aboveboard with everyone, but there’s something about this situation that would make it such just desserts. 

If you wait until late May or June, things will probably start going so well for you that the irritation you’ve been stewing over will no longer seem worth your time and energy. You are quite good at drawing lines in the sand and making things happen, but under the current conditions, it’s probably best not to. While your intentions may be entirely righteous, there’s enough confusion in the air this month that confrontations could bounce in unexpected directions. For Taurus and Scorpio especially, what you put out into the world right now could rebound to you, Instant Karma style, so make good choices. 

Imaginative, even cutting-edge ideas will be occurring to you over the next weeks and months, and you’re likely to have more luck and security in your career this year than most. So … what about that party?
