Cancer art from wisegorilla.com

Indications of smooth sailing mix nicely with the challenges awaiting you this month, Cancer. Your April horoscope suggests a certain sentimental nostalgia may be coloring your view of things, but in a good way. It helps you see the value of continuing through the challenges and staying focused on bringing projects to completion.

Don’t overreact to any apparent crisis points at work or in public situations, because everything is likely to work out. Your energy is strong and you are learning a great deal, although some of what you’re realizing about the world creates a noticeable dissonance with your nostalgic visions.

You communicate your ideas well and get along well with others this month. You tend to catch the eye of people in authority. You may even find yourself attracted to someone you see as an authority figure.

After Venus goes direct April 17, the moon makes a sweep past nearly all the planets, lasting through April 26. This should be a stimulating and busy time for you, and if there’s anything that you need from someone, this would be a good time to ask.
