Your Venus sign is Gemini. Your approach to love is fun and flirtatious, with an emphasis on keeping things flexible. You don’t want your relationships to get stuck in a rut, and you expect your partner to take a similar easygoing attitude about changes in plans. You have a knack for seeing the inner child in others and helping them to embrace that aspect of themselves, but you also value analytical thinking. You need a person who can relate to your multi-faceted ways as well and who will value your shifts, whether you’re expressing yourself as the inner twin who just wants to run like the wind for the pure fun of it or the one who wants to stay up all night, figuring things out.

Compatible air signs: Gemini is an air sign. Of the three air signs, Libra is the cardinal one, eager to begin and see where things go. Aquarius is the fixed air sign, concerned about maintaining for the long term, and Gemini is the mutable air sign, concerned with how it will all end up.

With your natal Venus in Gemini, your ways of expressing love (and dealing with money) are similar to those of people with Venus in any air sign and your relationships with them will have that essential harmony at their core. However, two people with the same Venus sign need to watch that they don’t go overboard together with the more negative aspects of the sign – such as, with Gemini, holding on too loosely or having utterly too many facets in play between the two of you.

Opportune and inopportune fire signs: You have opportunities for compatibility with Venus in Aries and Leo, but you are likely to clash with Venus in Sagittarius over uses for money and ways to express affection. If your Venus and your sweetie’s Venus are in opposite signs, like Gemini and Sagittarius, you’ll need to compromise or take turns with your preferences. 

When it comes to the earth and water signs, you will tend to be at odds with the approaches of Venus in Virgo and Pisces. You will be drawn to the ways of Venus in Capricorn and Scorpio but will at times be uncomfortable with those ways. With Taurus and Cancer Venus placements, the relationships tend to skew unevenly. You would tend to take the lead over Venus in Taurus, while Venus in Cancer would want the lead over you.
