Veteran's Day is THIS Wednesday, November 11th and there's no time better than now to honor our Brave Veterans and those serving in our Armed Forces, including America's K9 Corps providing service to wounded Veterans.
VETS for VETS Yappy Hour and Mutts 'n' Martinis will get together THIS Wednesday night from 5:30pm - 8:30pm at Bimini Boatyard in Ft Lauderdale, 17th Street Causeway to raise money and awareness for our Ass Kickin' Vets who Rock our World!
Did you know it costs $35-thousand bucks to train a dog to become a service dog? Well, it does and Wednesday night we plan on raising some much needed money for the men, women and four-legged heroes who need it most! The peeps who put their lives on the line to protect ours!
$20 at the door gets you 2 drinks, yummy bites from the Boatyard, plus Fido-friendly tastings and treats for your puppy pals, too! You can pre-pay by going on-line in advance to www.vets4vets@muttsnmartinis.org
There's going to be lots of entertainment, so come ready to party! There will be a patriotic pooch costume contest, live music, ask the trainer game, healthy hound Q & A, pawdicures, doggy door prizes and of course, a pet photographer to record all the ruff-housing!
