UFC 105: Couture vs. Vera is set for Saturday night on Spike TV, which means the UFC president, Dana White, is video blogging to start the week off.

In this first episode of the UFC 105 v-blog, Dana shows us the dangers of "Tweeting" and driving while scaring Lorenzo Fertita half to death in the process. Chuck Liddell makes another cameo, getting his grub on at a charity event.

The v-blog also covers Dana interacting with fans at a Black Eyed Peas and U2 concert as well as the usual hijinks and F-bombs that Dana White has become famous (infamous) for. Here is the UFC 105 v-blog, episode 1...enjoy!
