Looking for an opportunity to sample signature dishes from up to 6 local restaurants in just one lunch? Well, grab your colleagues and make your way over to the Verizon Center for the Second Annual “Taste of Eleven” Luncheon from noon-2pm today. The event, hosted by the Wizards Care organization, is an excellent opportunity for planners to experience food from a variety of local venues all in one sitting. Proceeds from the event go to support the Capitol Area food Bank and their efforts to provide meals for those in need.
Tickets are only $11 and allow guests to sample dishes from 6 of the over 30 participating restaurants. After last year’s success, the event has been expanded to include more restaurants and more space within the Verizon Center. Tickets are available on site the day of the event. Enter through the main entrance on F Street, NW.
