Conference to be held in Fogelsville

Atusim Awareness

On February 19, 2010 a full-day conference at the Holiday Inn, Fogelsville will be held.

Dr. Vincent Carbone, a nationally renowned speaker, author and developer of approaches to teaching children with autism is scheduled to be the keynote speaker.

A panel of multi-disciplinary autism experts will also be featured.  Continuing education credits are available for any teachers, social workers, and psychologists that attend.  A resource fair will be available to parents.

Fees to attend this conference are $75 for professionals and $20 for parents.

This event is being developed by Community Services for Children along with the help of ARCH of Lehigh Valley, Glenn Koch & Associates, Lehigh-Carbon Intermediate Unit 21, Lehigh County Early Intervention, and Northampton County Early Intervention, as well as other public and private organizations.
