In this next challenge, parent teams will have to take lunch orders from a multi-generational Chinese family of five, in Cantonese. Once the team members believe they have the order correct, they will race to the kitchen and give the order to the cooks. Before you can say, “Dim sum?” your travel high chair is in place, ready to support your child from 6 months up to 40 lbs right beside the Chinese grandmother who will keep him more than entertained while you make that sixth lap to the kitchen perfecting your intonation.
