Allow me to nerd out for a minute: I grew up watching the original Star Trek in latenight reruns, followed Star Trek: The Next Generation and some of the other spinoffs, and have never missed any of the movies, no matter how beautifully bad some of them were. Star Trek has never shied away from sex, sexuality, or gender issues, with Gene Roddenberry's sci-fi morality parables breaking ground on interracial relationships, relationship issues, occasional LGBT issues, and more, sometimes decades before most other media.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the J.J. Adams reboot on the big screen this weekend, and maybe equally excited for a fitting tribute that Hustler has hustled together: A porn spoof of the franchise, This Ain't Star Trek XXX, available now at an adult store near you or for download from HustlerWorld.com starting May 12. The spoof stars Evan Stone (recently in headlines everywhere as the star of Pirates II: Stagnetti's Revenge) as the randy Captain, features Sasha Grey (logically) as a Vulcan temptress, and also stars Jenna Haze, Aurora Snow, Jada Fire, Codi Carmichael, and Tony De Sergio: Sure to be a camp classic.

More evidence of Star Trek sex appeal? Playboy.com is devoting itself to coverage of the Star Trek phenomenon today with a 20Q interview with Heroes baddie-turned Spock reincarnate Zachary Quinto and William Shatner as celebrity guest photog ogling Playmate Deanna Brooks, plus a Nichelle Nichols vs. Zoe Saldana Battle of the Sexiest Uhurus poll and a members-only NSFW gallery of Cyber Girl Kaytee Bee (left) in and out of uniform.

Also: Nerve.com is charting the ups and downs of the Star Trek libido over the last 40+ years today, from Sherry Jackson as android Andrea and Ricardo Mantolban's Khan to the new Kirk (Chris Pine) and Uhuru (Zoe Saldana) getting their interracial kiss on all over again. Remember when that was scandalous? Nerve's Hot Line: Star Trek pegs Spock's beard as the series' sexiest (those girls over at Nerve go nuts for guys with beards everytime) and Scott Bakula as its most impotent.
