Cafe La Ruche is a French restaurant located in Georgetown that takes you to Paris, France. The Language of Romance is incorporated in the naming and menu of this restaurant. La Ruche is French for beehive, Potages is French for a thick creamy soup, and Tarte Aux Pommes is French for apple pie. Come to Cafe La Ruche for Brunch from 10am to 3pm offered for $15.95 on Saturdays and Sundays. Included in this Brunch is a choice of orange juice or mimosa, an entree, and a pastry. Entrees include items such as Pain Perdu (original style French toast), Eggs Benedicte served with spinach or Canadian bacon, and Sandwich Poulet Grille (grilled chicken sandwich). This is just to name a few entree items that are included on the Brunch menu. For Pastries it will be $2 extra for fruit tarts.
Or catch the Early Bee special Monday-Thursday for $16.95 from 5-7pm, which includes salad or soup, an entree, and a pastry. For choices of Potages (soups) you have French onion soup, South of France Fish soup, and Cream of Vegetable Soup; just to name a few available options. For Salades (Salads) you have a choice of traditional Caesar salad, Turkey salad with Vinaigrette, and a spinach salad; just to name a few salads. Cafe La Ruche has other options such as Appetizers, Quiches, Desserts, Cappuccino, Fondue, Wines, and Champagne. So stop by Cafe La Ruche, and enjoy great food without a great big bill, and who knows maybe you'll learn something new.
