The weekend combines a series of classes with Cristi and David, with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the island, its beautiful beaches, the world-class exhale spa, and the luxurious accommodations of the new Gansevoort Hotel on Grace Bay Beach, considered among one of the best beaches in the world by The World Travel Awards. Cristi Christensen is a former competitive gymnast at the elite level who has trained extensively with Shiva Rea and has completed Saul David Raye's 200 hour Holistic Yoga program. She has been with Exhale Spa since 2004, and currently teaches Core Fusion® and yoga in Los Angeles. Henri Richardson is a former all-American springboard and platform diver, who has taught Core Fusion® in New York City, Bridgehampton, Chicago and Los Angeles.
