According to CNN, Rihanna is a reluctant witness against Chris Brown. On Monday she'll be in court. This preliminary hearing is to determine if Chris Brown is going to be tried or not.
Reluctant or not, the judge will be the arbiter if Brown goes on trial or not. The evidence seems damning, yet Rihanna is getting cold feet. However, whether she cooperates or not, there's a good chance the judge will send Brown to trial.
