This morning on my local news show, the reporter said it’s “I’m not going to take it anymore” Day.
And it got me to wondering, what in my life do I want to stop. To whom do I want to say, “I’m not going to take it anymore.”
I’m pretty assertive and normally will tell someone when I don’t want something to continue. So maybe it’s me I need to say that sentence to.
Stop eating unhealthy food, because I’m not going to take it anymore.
Start getting enough sleep, because I’m not going to take it anymore.
Start sending real thank you notes, because I’m not going to take it anymore.
Who do you want to say it to--I’m not going to take it anymore--someone else or yourself?
The conversation continues with you.
