Whew, that was a lot in a little bit of space and time. Not to mention his announcement of a 2.5 million-job savings plan, coupled with a possible $400-700 billion stimulus package upon taking the oath of office on January 20th. Did he not say that "there is only one President at a time and for right now that continues to be George W. Bush?
I can't tell! I also don't see the "change" promised during his election swing! First, he seems to have backed away from the 16-month troop withdrawal. Next, he is now saying that he will most likely let the Bush tax-cuts for the rich expire in 2010 instead of repealing them like promised. However, I also know that earlier promises are already seemingly failing before he has even taken the oath of office. Let's hope that I am wrong and things turn out different. What do you think?
I will predict this today, Tuesday December 2, 2008! Hillary Clinton will remain Secretary of State unitl re-election in 2012, then she'll go out and campaign hard for the Obama team! After re-election by a landslide, like the '64 LBJ victory, she'll quit and over the next 3-4 years campaign like hell to raise money and votes for her re-run in 2016. However, by then the Democrats, (not Obama) but Congressional officers, will have warn out there welcome! Republicans will have got their stuff together and they will defeat Hillary and the

Notes: The Georgia Run-Off is today between Saxby Chambliss(R) & Jim Martin(D). Watch as the Democrats try to pick up the 60 votes they need in the Senate to fully control (fillibuster proof) Congress!
