The Federal Trade Commission says identity theft is still the number one consumer complaint it received in 2008. No surprise there, as it's been the agency's number one complaint for the past nine years!

The data also profiles other complaints the FTC gets, like credit card fraud, employment fraud, phone or utilities fraud, bank fraud and loan fraud.
Experts warn with the economy taking a nose dive, scam artists are only going to get more aggressive, so watch out !
