Clarks Kids and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of about 2,000 children's shoes after six reports of pieces of the rubber soles detaching surfaced in the United Kingdom.

None of the children was injured but two were found mouthing the broken off pieces of rubber.

Included in the recall are Clarks' Little Crawler Blue and Tan Crawlers, India Sparker White Crawler, Kirstin Baby Pink Crawler and the Hazy Dazy White Sandal.

Sizes sold in the crawlers were infants' 2 to 3 1/2 and in the hazy daze 4 to 6 1/2.

All the shoes, which were made in Vietnam, retailed in Clarks' stores across the country for $35-40 and were sold between February and July of this year.

Consumers can return the shoes to their nearest Clarks for a full refund. For more information from Clarks, customers can call C & J Clark America at (800) 425-2757 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET or check its web site.
