Did you know that most modern cats are descendants of ancient Egyptian cats? Or that the ancient Egyptians revered their cats, taking them hunting in the marshes, naming their children after them—even depicting them as goddesses! In this workshop, artist Ande Cook will work with children to create an Egyptian-inspired cat bed to honor and make comfortable the feline in your life. Ages 8-12 years.
