Feeding America at L.A. LIVE

September is Hunger Action Month and the musicians are out to help raise awareness and funds for the 35 million people who are at risk of hunger in America with the “Rock a Little, Feed a Lot” concert set for Tuesday, September 29 at Club Nokia at L.A. LIVE.

Set to perform at the concert is Grammy Award-winning artist Sheryl Crow, Grammy Award-winning artist Ben Harper, Benji and Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, and Grammy Award-winning artist Jonny Lang. Other guests include David Arquette, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, and others. All proceeds from the concert will go to the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank and Feeding America. Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster.

The Los Angeles Area Foodbank is a non-profit, charitable organization and is one of the largest food banks in the US. The Foodbank distributes more than 1 million pounds of food every week in Los Angeles County through the network of 900 charitable agency sites. The Foodbank is in association with Feeding America, which is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization.
