It is a lot easier to be fit at 21 than it is at 51 but still there are plenty of 21 year olds who are not fit.

Jessie Biel is 27. She has shown her fit body on a number of occasions. Jessica trains with stretches, a half mile jogs, sprints, Plymotrics, and the use of light weights. She eats clean which means nothing goes into her that is processed.
Jennifer Aniston, 40, looks better and better. She does cardio workouts, Yoga, and eats healthy.
Cameron Diaz, 36, has had some training in martial arts. She goes to the gym but enjoys outdoor activities like such as surfing, snow-boarding, and hiking.
