Makota - basketball

Playing a Sudden Death Game on Makoto Sport Arena. Starts out at level 1 and keeps going faster until you miss a target.

What is the Makoto Sports Arena? The Makoto is a triangle, 8 feet from base to apex, with indestructible 6-ft. steel posts rising from each corner.

A-Kon 18. Thomas has passed level 9 and is working on his level 10 badge. He also won $100 by having the top score of 184 on the Sudden Death Match.

Makoto is a piece of exercise equipment that consists of three towers. Each tower has 10 lights which can be set in a variety of ways on one or all the towers.   A sound is made when the lights come on. You have to touch the light with your hand, medicine ball, or some other prop. For example you can have the lights turn off after 20 hits or 20 seconds. Level 10 for example is extremely hard and even level 3 is difficult. The movements are done from inside the equipment. It is used also for people with disabilities since a wheelchair can fit "inside" and there are sessions for people who can not hear or see or want to challenge themselves with a blindfold.

This piece is called the Makoto arena and many think of it as a sport. It requires skill and balance.

Makoto not only works balance but it is also a cardio workout and also works you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
