Heidi Klum, 35, was back strutting her stuff in Victoria's Secret lingerie just eight weeks after having a baby with daddy, Seal. Her goal was to lose over 30 pounds.
Heidi is lucky enough to have her own trainer who put her on a strict diet and exercise routine. David Kirsch put healthy foods in her refrigerator and taught her how to cook healthy meals.
She works hard on her butt and thighs and since she doesn't always have time to get to a gym her workout can be done at home. Heidi does this routine once with very light weights or no weights at all and then rests for a couple of minutes. She then does it all again two to four time but with ankle weights and dumbbells. She spends about an hour on this workout give or take.
For the first two minutes she does some light stretching and then goes right into a minute of jumping jacks.
She spends 30 seconds on platypus walks; one minute shadowboxing with cross overs and upper cuts and knee bends. The. upper cuts with knee bends will work many muscles but are really nice for the ab area. Heidi spends one minute doing plie squats and calf raises; two minutes on reverse lunges; one minute on squat thrusts; one minute on scissors reverse crunches; two minutes on deluxe; one minute doing bench step ups and if you have dumbbells combine them with triceps kickbacks; one minute doing push ups.
You can read about each of these exercises and how they are done here.
Please let me know if you want a particular type of workout. I will be happy to post it here.
