How to Master Cleanse aka the Lemonade Diet

I wrote about Beyonce using the Master Cleanse in my article "Beyonce didn't get weight her dress did"  but didn't explain it. So let's take a look at what it is.

It involves a diet which uses the body natural ability to heal itself to expel harmful matters in our body. Commonly also known as the lemonade diet, Master Cleanse diet involves the drinking of cocktail of lemonade.

It may be a way to get rid of toxins which causes all the health problems inside our body. 

This is how it's made:

 What you need:

Pure Filtered Water

Grade B Organic Maple Syrup, Formaldehyde free

Organic Cayenne Pepper

Organic Lemons

Sea salt - Unrefined, (Not iodized) or Epsom Salt

Optional Ingredients:

Laxative tea

Natural Herbal Tea (decaffeinated)

Two recipes- one single serving; one 6 servings

The first is for a single serving of the master cleanse lemonade. The second will make 6 servings

2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon) freshly squeezed

2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup (not the commercial maple flavored syrup you use on pancakes)

1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder

Ten ounces of filtered water

#2 (60 oz. daily serving):

60 ounces of filtered water

12 Tablespoons of organic grade B maple syrup

12 Tablespoons of organic lemon juice

Stay near a bathroom!

Ten days is required for the Master Cleanse. When done ease into food. The first day of ending the diet is when you should still only consume liquids. Start drinking a lot of orange juice and water. On the second day, continue drinking orange juice and lots of water. Now you can add in light soups to the diet plan. It is best to use vegetable soup as this is healthy and very light, and you can also use Rye wafers. This food will be easy on the stomach and will help it to adjust back properly. On day three you should continue eating should and drinking plenty of water. For dinner, you can now add in fruits, vegetables, and salad. These foods are still easy on the stomach and very healthy.
