Beyonce is a yo yo dieter. She's 5' 7" and weighs somewhere around 140 pounds. At her thinnest we might find her at 120 pounds.

In a segment for VH1's Rock Bodies, Beyonce was shown doing squats and working out with a stability ball.

She doesn't eat red meat, bread, or drink alcohol. She eats her veggies and in general goes the low fat, low carb, low calories route.  (What's left?)

Beyonce has been criticized for rapid weight loss on the Lemonade Diet, which she used when she needed to quickly drop 20 pounds for her role as Deena in Dreamgirls. The lemonade diet, also known as the Master Cleanse a combo of the Lemonade Diet and the Maple Syrup Diet.

Beyonce's workouts includes Yoga  dancing and running. She lifts light weights to stay toned. Her normal workout schedule includes cardiovascular exercises for about a half hour five days a week as well as free weights for about forty five minutes for the same five days.
