If you've been keeping up with the Star Wars movies, you might be in awe with how physically fit it seems the Jedi is. This is a summary of his workout.

The key to the Jedi is his quickness. You'll perform movements that show your muscles working immediately. Not only you get quicker but you'll get stronger.

Force jumps increase the power in your legs. Force jumps are performed like you would do a squat. Crouch down as low to the ground as you can get and put your hands between your legs. You'll then with power jump into the air as high as you can. When you land quickly go back to the crouch position. Try to land quietly. Do it over and over again.

Hyperspace holds has you hovering above the ground. This will work your core so you will increase your upper-body strength. Lie down on your stomach down. Then  plant your toes firmly into the ground behind you and prop yourself up so you are balancing on your forearms. Your hands should be just below your face with elbows as parallel to your body as possible. The main portion of your body should now be flat, like a table, above the ground.  In Yoga we call this the Plank position. Hold this position for as long as you can, ensuring your core area does not start to drop or rise.

That's a start but you can read the entire article at askmen.com.
