I understand your not eating breakfast. I'm one of those who would rather not but I make myself. Like a car that won't run without gas your body won't run without breakfast. Breakfast starts your metabolism which translates into burning calories.

Studies have shown that eating breakfast can help people lose weight, do your heart good, improve your heart and get yourself energized.

A study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, showed that women who ate breakfast regularly tended to eat fewer calories overall during the day.

Eight in ten people say that the taste of breakfast is the most important when considering breakfast. This sounds like it would be true at all meals but I understand. I can eat just about anything during the day but breakfast - well it has to taste good or it won't go down. We bought a rice cooker and it's been awesome. I now eat wonderful grains - millet and quinoa with lots of nuts and raisins mixed in. I look forward to it and the best part is that I can cook it and then it stays warm until I'm actually awake. Remember that foods eaten at other times of the day can be eaten at breakfast. So if you have a craving for one piece of pizza on occasion then go for it.
