Another episode of The Biggest Loser 7 Couples will start Tuesday January 6. It is hosted by Alison Sweeney with the biggest loser being the one who gets 1/4 of a million dollars and is named The Biggest Loser.
You can check out the contestants here and join the Biggest Loser Club online to see if you can be a loser as well.
You'll find The Biggest Loser on NBC. The premier is a two hour show. As in the past the term "couples" is used loosely. I've seen siblings and best friends on the show in the past.
So tune in for some motivational couch potato watching and take notes!
