Exercise
1. When you go to the grocery store park as far away as possible. Jog to the door.
2. As you are cooking take 2 minutes after a chore is done and do jumping jacks. If you've just stuffed the turkey then start jumping!
3. Take the long way around your house. When set the table only get one place setting at a time. When you go back to get another go the longest way you can. .
4. Make every move count. When you reach to get something out of a cabinet use this opportunity to stretch your arms and back.
5. If you have to get something from a lower cabinet or something that fell turn that into a squat.
6. When you are holding jars of cranberry sauce or bottles of soda, stop and do bicep curls and triceps kickbacks.
7. If you have a basement or an upstairs don't just walk up and down, run up and down the stairs and do it more than one time. Each time you have to go downstairs take this opportunity to get some cardio vascular work in.
8. On one trip up or down the stairs stop and sit down on a step. From there you can do triceps dips.
9. Put on music while you are preparing and dance your way around the kitchen.
10. While you are waiting for something to boil or finish baking do some leg lifts while holding in your belly so you'll be working two muscle groups at the same time.
